Description
Granadilla is scientifically known as Passiflora ligularis, granadilla has a sweet and sour flavour and smells very aromatic. Granadilla is filled with a gelatinous pulp that’s full of seeds. The seeds are edible, but tart. Simply cut the hard peel in half with a knife or with your fingers, and eat with a spoon.
