Quick recipe
Fried moong dal- savoury jar snack (extremely delicious Indian famous evening snack)
- Soak yellow moong dal in water for an hour, drain and dry the dal covering with a cotton cloth for about 15 mins or until there is no water left.
- Deep fry in a big strainer until it becomes crispy but not brown.
- Use tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Sprinkle salt, very little chat masala evenly over it and toss well.
- Store it in a jar and munch on them whenever you feel a bit hungry
