Description
Ladyfinger is scientifically known as Abelmoschus esculentus, it is a vegetable originated from India. This finger like, green coloured vegetable has a unique taste, has some white coloured seeds inside which are edible. It emits a slick substance called mucilage which is a little like aloe vera gel in texture.
