Shan Daal Masala Mix
1 ½ – 2 tablespoons

- Soften 175g Whole Urad Dal overnight.
- Cook the lentils and beans until soft.
- Independently, cook 50g tomato paste and add 15g dal makhani masala and the boiling beans mix and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and chili flakes to taste.
- Add 40 g of cream and 30 g of butter and stir untill desired consistancy.
- Add coriander for garnish.
- Serve with tandoori parantha, naan or rice.
